Dear Chittlehamholt Village Shop Association member. We are pleased to announce that this year we are able to hold our normal AGM in the Chittlehamholt Village Hall.
We would like to invite you to join our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 8th November 2023 at 7.30pm. For members that cannot attend in person votes for resolutions may be cast via proxy votes using the form at this link. The pre-meeting documents are listed for download at the bottom of this page.
In accordance with our constitution committee some members will be standing for election at the meeting.
We would like to invite members who may be interested in joining the committee to have an informal chat with any of the committee members.
This is your opportunity to influence the future of your village shop and help ensure it continues to offer a vital service to the local community.
Nominations will be circulated with the AGM notice and elections will take place by in attendance and proxy voting.
In order to make the most of the time during the meeting, if members have any questions for the committee it would be useful if they could be submitted beforehand to the committee secretary, using the form at this link.
